Since our founding in 2022, The Boss'd Up Step Company has successfully impacted the community by providing positive possibilities to youth and young adults in the greater Houston area.  Each year our reach has expanded, allowing us to expand the tradition and culture of stepping and reach broader and more diverse audiences.
